Returns
We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return,
the item must be:

● Unused and in its original condition
● Returned with original packaging and tags
● Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We request you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged,
defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue
promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
● Used or opened products
● Personal care goods
● Products not purchased directly from Mittiy Made’s official platform
● Incorrect items sent back that were not part of the original order

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, we
recommend initiating a return (if eligible) and placing a new order separately.
